I focused on working with homeowners after seeing many jump into remodel projects without proper planning and confidence. This led to frustration during the project as the contractor (or trades contractors) were not on the same page as you (the homeowner) and it the worst case scenarios results in something different being estimated or built than what was envisioned. My team and I take pride in preventing these problems and helping homeowners get their projects off on the right foot.
